When buying a new construction home, you have three main options, each offering different levels of customization and timeline flexibility: Each option has its benefits, and the right choice depends on your timeline, budget, and how much customization you want. Often this option allows you to select a homesite, floor plan, and all design elements, from flooring to cabinetry. While it offers the most customization, it also has the longest timeline, typically taking several months to complete.
✅Partially Constructed Homes
These are homes already under construction, but buyers may still have the opportunity to choose certain finishes like countertops, flooring, or paint colors, depending on the builder’s timeline. This is a great balance between personalization and a faster move-in time for you.
✅Quick Move-In Homes
These are completed or near-completion homes designed for buyers who want a brand-new home without the wait. Since most finishes have already been selected by the builder, you can move in quickly—often within weeks.
